Job description
What is the purpose of the role?
The Concierge Operator ensures an effective and efficient and service for customers through the provision of a Concierge Service by providing 24 hour security surveillance and access control to properties.
Why is the role important?
This role is important to give our customers the support they need to remain safe in their own homes. The role works within the 24 hour Concierge Service.
