Job description

As a Concierge, you will always present a smart, enthusiastic and welcoming appearance, be attentive to residents and visitors alike and maintain a professional relationship with all contractors and other maintenance staff.

This is a part-time temporary Concierge role based in Wimbledon, working 08:00-12:30 Monday-Saturday (28 hours per week)

Daily tasks to include:

• Dealing with the daily postal deliveries which will include informing residents of their arrival and arranging collection.
• Responding to requests from residents for local information on leisure, entertainment and sports facilities, arranging activities, trips and excursions.
• Monitoring CCTV output and saving recordings, where necessary.
• Service the two resident’s lounges including maintaining a tidy appearance, clearing up after use, maintaining diary bookings.
• Maintain a check on the use of the car park.

Salary: £16.87 per hour
