We are currently looking for a fashion-conscious Store Manager to join the friendly team in our SNEAKER X SOLE|TRADER Concession in Fenwick Department store, Kingston Upon Thames .
You will work with a small team of part time staff managing the store to maximise sales. The ideal candidate will need to have some experience managing a team. What we need from you is the willingness and ability to learn. You will be able to demonstrate a fantastic attitude towards customer service and have a great work ethic. You must be a friendly, approachable person that isn't worried about getting your hands dirty.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Ensuring that the store is fully operational according to Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
· Ensuring that, at all times, customers are dealt with politely and efficiently and that Customer Service is of paramount importance.
· Managing the day-to-day activities involved in ensuring that the store is clean, tidy and merchandised in line with store display manual.
· Managing the current staffing levels, ensuring they are informed of their daily responsibilities and encourage personnel to uphold the company “Ten Commandments” at all times.
· Carrying out till reconciliation and all banking transactions related to the daily sales in accordance with company procedures and local security arrangements
and will work with the team to deliver the stores targets.
