We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Concession Manager for John Lewis Oxford Street. You must be enthusiastic, have an interest in fashion, reliable, keen to succeed, polished and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Your focus is to build strong relationships with you store while managing and developing your team while supporting on any recruitment, onboarding, and appraisals. You must be enthusiastic and lead by example in all elements of your role, be reliable, keen to succeed, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for sales targets
- Training and development of team
- New starter objectives and conducting team appraisals
- Highlighting stock needs and commercial actions in stores visited
- Sharing best practice images from your store
- Filling in your weekly KPI analysing reports and sales
- Raising brand profile and product training among partners
- Rota management
Building and managing effective relationships with John Lewis Partners is integral to the role to ensure all operations are being completed and creating a functional trading environment. These relationships built are to be utilised to raise brand awareness in store as well as spot commercial opportunity and raising this with retail management.
Our ideal candidate will have no less than 2 years of retail, visual merchandising and customer service experience within a similar environment and have great knowledge of the fashion industry.
