SUMMARY
We’re looking for a creative superstar to work alongside our small team of designers and with a wide variety of digital media and formats. You’ll get the chance to work with both the Edenred brand, and our client’s brands to bring our marketing and communications campaigns to life in a creative, fun, and innovative way. Working with a wide variety of stakeholders, the role encompasses B2B marketing and B2C employee engagement campaigns, as well as playing a role in client launches and new business proposals.
YOUR ROLE
This is a varied role, working with multiple stakeholders and projects on both in-house and agency-style design projects.
− Providing creative direction and design for an exciting eCommerce B2C marketing programme, working with household retail and lifestyle brands such Currys, John Lewis, Airbnb, and many more
− Working with the marketing team on campaign assets; from emails, landing pages, to social media creative, web banners, and video content
− Bringing our sales enablement materials and content programme to life with creative eBook, infographic, and brochure design
− Working with our client’s employer brands to provide creative direction and design for employee engagement scheme launches using a wide range of media such as emails, microsites, intranet banners, posters, desk drops, and more
− Ad hoc creative support on product development projects for prepaid cards and technology platforms
− Contributing to winning new business with creative proposals for presentation to potential new clients
− Creative support for internal communications and CSR initiatives

YOUR PROFILE
− Enthusiastic and passionate about creative digital design with a motivation to keep up to date on the latest trends and techniques and ensure your technical skills are up to date
− Be able to show a portfolio of both online and offline work from a professional design background (portfolio examples will be required prior to interview)
− 3 years+ professional design experience
− Ability to deliver to a brief and to deadlines, with the ability to follow internal or client brand guidelines
− Highly proficient using design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro
− Exceptional knowledge and understanding of colour usage, typography, image selection and manipulation and illustration
− Responsive HTML email design and coding with excellent knowledge of best practice, and able to code to WCAG AA accessibility standards
− Ability to produce professional-looking InDesign/pdf layouts for eBooks and brochures etc.
− Ability to create and edit video content
− Experience using Jira preferable
− An eye for brand and excellent attention to detail
− Ability to manage own time and prioritise effectively
− Ability to communicate with stakeholders

− 6-month contract, 35 hours/week
− Location: Pimlico, London (with up to 2 days/week working from home)
