Job description
Job duties:
-Installing network hardware components and cables
-Configuring computer and network software
-Maintaining and resolving issues with LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, biometric, and AV system connections in clients' sites.
-Troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer network in clients' office and premises.
-Scheduled maintenance, upgrade and regular security update of existing network infrastructure and software.
-Ensuring that the all the networks are operating securely.
-Providing overall technical support for the internal and external teams.
-Collaborating with the team members and clients' employees .
Job Details:
Title/Designation: Computer Technician
Wages: $ 38 per hour
No. of working hours: 35-40 hours a week
Overtime: $ 57 per hour after 44 hours a week.
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary.
Location of employment: Clients' site in Edmonton Capital Region, Alberta, Canada.
Term of Employment: Permanent Full-time
Working conditions: Fast paced environment and stringent deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38.00 per hour

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or related field (required)
