Job description
InfoTech is Hiring an IT Technician/Service Manager to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients. This will involve both desk work remotely assisting clients, solving problems, managing services, as well as travelling to customer locations for setup of equipment, maintenance, repairs and other in-person interactions.
The position is permanent full-time.
Wage based on experience.
Benefits package available.
Primary Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional work after hours and on weekends.
Required Skills Include:
- Experience in IT, Computer and Network repair and support
- Windows Desktop and Server experience
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Customer Support, phone skills
- Knowledge of the Grande Prairie and Peace Country Area
- Valid Driver’s Licence with clean record
Desired Skills Include:
· CompTIA A+, Network +, or similar certifications
