About the role….
To provide and co-ordinate pre-construction information for the delivery of Repairs and Maintenance, including void properties, adaptations and minor works projects across Gateshead Council’s stock and assets.
You will work across a multitude of council owned properties from schools and depots to housing and complex buildings. Providing building technical assistance to the building surveyors and other teams within construction.
