Position Summary and Responsibilities
- Learn, understand and streamline business processes
- Support Project Manager and Manufacturing manager reporting on and forecasting of programme finances
- Support monthly financial calendar and budget processes
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to improve revenue, sales margin, and overall competitive-win position
- Support Operational Excellence through establishing best practice with particular focus on cashflow and EBIT
- Where necessary, provide absence cover to a growing business.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified or similar within a Business-Finance related subject.
- Highly motivated.
- A continuous improvement and process-oriented mind set.
- Have some knowledge of standard Business Processes.
- Good persuasive communication, influencing and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
