Job description
Role summary:
As the Principal Engineering Manager, you will use your extensive experience in chemical or mechanical engineering to oversee the engineering aspects of this project. Based in Berkshire, you will manage a team of dedicated engineers, leading design support activities and ensuring safety case development.
What you will be doing:
- Providing leadership and direction for the engineering team
- Ensuring cohesive work integration across multidisciplinary project teams
- Strategic oversight of design work throughout the project
Formal qualifications or training:
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Over 15 years of experience in engineering, particularly in the nuclear sector
- Experience in project management and strategic project development
