Job description
We are a well-established computer repair service based in West Ealing, and we are currently seeking a skilled computer repair technician with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time or part-time position and the successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, depending on the volume of work (Our opening time 8:30AM - 7PM Monday-Friday, Saturday 9AM - 2PM)
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair laptops, mobile phones, and consoles
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Keep detailed records of repairs performed and parts used
Maintain a clean and organized work area
(OPTIONAL) Board repair level 3 - Repair & diagnostics of short circuits, liquid damage boards repair, BIOS problems, only small BGA (Up to 30 balls).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical information to clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in repairing laptops, mobile phones, and consoles
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Ability to stay current with the latest technology trends
