Job description
We are seeking a computer/ mobile phone technician with experience and expertise in mobile phone repair. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the inner workings of a mobile phone, including the inner workings of a mobile phone's software and hardware components; that inclues:
- Basic knowlege of electonic components relating computer and mobiles
- Quick and efficient diagnose of faults in various electonic devices
- Command on perfectly refurbishing the mobile phone/tablets
- Refurbishing of OLED Screens including touch seperation, OCA punching and lamitaing.
- Understading of diagnostic tools e.g. multimeter, oscilloscopeand thermal cam
- Producing sales invoices.
- Replying to customer queries via email / telephone
- Credit Control - contacting customers via email and telephone for after sales service.
- Contacting and maintining suppliers
- Production of purchase orders
- Processing payments and receipts
- The Successful Applicant
- Ideally have experience of refurbishing mobile phone and tablets.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google GSuite (Sheets and Docs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Organised with a "can do" attitude. Multilinguage will be advantage. (English, Urdu and any other EU Language)
- Minimum qualification GCSE and 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Conscientious and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
