- Conducting the testing for the Compliance Monitoring Programme
- Complying with the obligations to inform and communicate with the authorities
- Monitoring policies and procedures in relations to AML, Social Responsibility, Marketing & Advertising, and licensing.
- Providing day to day support to the business on any issues or queries around Compliance and regulation
- Ensuring that sub-contracted, outsourced subsidiaries and partners are maintaining the highest standards for all Compliance related activities
- Working closely with the AML, Marketing Compliance, Data Protection and Social Responsibility teams.
- Experience of Compliance, Customer Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering
- Able to work on own initiative and prioritise effectively
- Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel, Project, PowerPoint
- Possess problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Possess excellent stakeholder management and partnering with third party agencies
- Possess attention to detail and good reporting skills
- Knowledge of Japanese would be considered an asset.
