Compliance Manager
Role: Compliance Manager
Package: £45,000 - £55,000 + up to 30% bonus, BUPA healthcare, up to 10% pension, 25days holiday.
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: This is a field-based role, where you will be required to collaborate with stakeholders a minimum of 2 days per week.

You will have the opportunity to develop a compliance culture across the aligned division to ensure all Operational sites are safe, secure and consistently deliver outstanding experiences for our site teams and guests.
You will love data and influencing stakeholders through providing performance reviews and reporting of compliance requirements across the division. Then you will ensure associated action plans at divisional, regional and site level are in place and delivered.

We’re open to you:
- You’ll improve compliance outcomes across Premier Inn and Restaurants
- You’ll periodically conduct site audits on company procedures, policies and processes to ensure execution of compliance standards.
- You’ll provide improved insight on site culture and management capability
- You’ll put processes in place to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
- You’ll need to review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
