Job description
Would you like to be part of a business that is committed to evolving a positive culture? A culture where we work hard to keep to our promise of being a ‘deeply human’ company. We’re a growing group of dental practices – currently 21, with many more in the pipeline with expectations to be at least 30 practices by the end of this coming year. We know that valuing our people is the starting point for a highly successful business, and we want to measure our success based upon the happiness of our people as well profitability. We’re building our Resource Hub team to provide the very best support to our dental practices.
As Regional Compliance Manager, you will perform a range of duties including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing company processes, and leading training sessions. The core responsibility of this role is to support practices teams to ensure that they understand how to become and remain compliant with CQC/HIW legislations and HTM01-05, and that practice policies are followed by all dental team members at all times.
- You will support the practices with the role out and day to day usage of Dental Compliance Made Easy software.
- You will report to the Clinical Director.
- The role will be home based with some travel to dental practices across the Midlands and North of England. Being based in the territory would be an advantage.
As a practice-facing role, it is essential that this person offers first-hand experience of our deeply human ethos. We understand that it’s people who create success and ultimately the profitability within businesses. So, everything we do needs to consider the patients and the people within our organisation.
The role is part time (3 days) with flexibility in the days worked.
Initially, following a brief handover period, you will provide support to all 20 of our practices as maternity cover for the current Compliance Manager. However, at the end of the maternity period you will transition to take over the Northern region as we anticipate the group having around 40 practices by that stage. On her return to work, the current compliance manager will cover the South of England and Wales.
The ideal candidate will:
- have 3 years Dental Practice manager or Dental Compliance experience
- currently be or has previously been a GDC registered Dental care professional
