Job description

Tasks
- Coordinating all European product registration and notification activities - including coordination, collection and collation of documentation to prepare accurate regulatory packs/dossiers for submission
- Ensuring European compliance of food supplements products
- Conducting global raw material and formulation reviews
- Reviewing and approving new and modified products and claims, as well as product packaging/labelling and marketing communication materials
- Initiating and reviewing product safety assessments as performed by external consultants to ensure regulatory and safety compliance
- Remaining current with new regulations and regulatory changes, interpreting complex information and summarizing the impact for other functions, as appropriate
- Contributing to the development and implementation of effective documentation and data control management for compliance files
- Providing regulatory advice to marketing, technical staff and potentially senior management
- 5+ years of experience in the food supplement industry
- Knowledge and experience with EU regulations, notably
- Food labelling law, food additive law, Nutrition and Health Claims Regulation
- Ability to understand and interpret technical and regulatory documents
- Experience in the medical devices and/or cosmetics industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language
- Detail-oriented to produce accurate and timely results
- Ability to handle multiple priorities & work independently with excellent time management skills
