Job description
Salary up to: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Our client is one of the leading Road Transport Companies. They operate to the highest accredited professional standards and are anything but the stereotypical transport company.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs.
- Conduct compliance training for employees.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports on compliance activities.
- Support compliance Manager with the management of the company Health & safety. Management system and maintain to the standard of ISO.
- Assist with creating, review and implementation of RA's, SSOW's and method statements.
- Support compliance manager with ADR, COSHH, COMAH wherever necessary.
- Reviewing/ Implementing of environmental policies and procedures.
- Newsletters, compliance bulletins, audits, personal file check etc.
- Any other asks as requested by the management.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
