Job Title: Compliance Officer
Location: Colnbrook
Salary: £30,000 per year
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Swanstaff Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our prestigious client in Colnbrook. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in upholding industry standards and promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
Duties:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations, including driver qualifications, vehicle maintenance, and records management.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements.
- Monitor and analyze compliance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and advise stakeholders accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role within the Road Transport industry.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation, such as Driver CPC, tachograph rules, and operator licensing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external authorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
