Are you passionate about data privacy and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations? We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Funding and Compliance Officer to join our team and take charge of our data compliance initiatives.

This role will be to lead and co-ordinate the preparation and timely submission of valid and accurate data returns to funding bodies.

To take a lead role in the development and maintenance of robust controls and procedures for the purpose of ensuring compliance with audit and contract requirements of funding agencies and college policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will:

• 
  GCSE English & Maths (A*-C)
• 
  Level 3 Business Administration
• 
  Recent, relevant experience in appropriate area of work
• 
  Experience of auditing student records and learner tracking systems
• 
  Good attention to detail
• 
  Good interpersonal skills
