Onboarding & Compliance Team Leader

Homebased role with monthly attendance to team meetings in the Midlands/ London

Immediate start - FTC until 31/12/2023

Salary £25,678 per annum (£28,678 inclusive of London Allowance)

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding & Compliance Team Leader (reporting directly into the Resourcing Manager) who can manage a team of Onboarding Administrators ensuring that the new employee experience is engaging, effective, seamless, and compliant. You will also have the opportunity to review how we do things with the aim of helping us to enhance our approaches.

You will support the Resourcing Manager to raise operational awareness within the team by building understanding, highlighting expectations on how to support the charity and ensure communication is open and keeps managers and new starters updated.

Maintaining a fully compliant new starter procedure in line with regulatory requirements will be a key focus of the role. Ensuring all processes are followed for obtaining and checking right to work, references and DBS (where applicable) for all new starters.

You will personally manage the onboarding of senior hires and freelancers, utilising previous experience of IR35 regulations to support managers with the required documentation.
