  • Do you have experience with EDMS/sharepoint as well as compliance portals?

  • Are you totally committed to delivering excellent customer experience?

  • Do you have technical, compliance related knowledge?

  • Are you experienced in managing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers including contractors, residents and consultants?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for an Asset Compliance Officer on a permanent basis at our Ealing Gateway Office.

A bit about the role:

As an Asset Compliance Officer, you will be part of our high performing Asset Compliance Team helping us to ensure that our properties are safe and compliant with relevant legislation and industry best practice.

Some of the key results for the role include:

  • Monitoring and reviewing documentation provided by contractors and consultants to ensure compliance.

  • Keeping accurate records of all work completed together with relevant certification to demonstrate legal compliance

  • Monitoring contractor performance and report against key performance indicators

  • Generating schedules of work from standard documentation

  • Maintaining a good background knowledge of engineering and compliance relevant to Asset Management

This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
