An incredible Trust leadership opportunity has arisen to lead and develop curriculum quality and compliance processes across Lighthouse Learning Trust Colleges. This truly is an exciting time to work for the Trust. We have a new five year strategic plan and this role will work closely with our senior team and curriculum management teams in realising our mission, vision and values and ensuring that we provide outstanding education for the communities we serve.
The postholder will be required to work at both Richard Taunton Sixth Form College in Southampton and St Vincent College in Gosport. Specifics around the base location will be discussed at interview.
This role provides a unique opportunity to:
- Be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of all quality assurance activities and policy compliance relating to the delivery of teaching and learning across the Trust;
- Support the Deputy and Vice Principals for Curriculum, Innovation and Quality in delivering a staff development programme including high quality coaching;
- Develop and lead innovative CPD activities for all staff
- Monitoring of teaching and learning, reporting findings to Senior Leadership;
- Use data to effectively monitor and report on quality
- Monitor progress made against action plans for areas relating to quality of education
The role provides an excellent opportunity to build, shape and manage our quality and compliance processes; to develop and deliver projects that enhance the student experience and execute a programme of innovative training that support the continued development of the Trust.
We are looking for an innovative and experienced practitioner to join us who has already enjoyed success in a curriculum management or quality leadership role with the performance improvement data to support this. They will share our passion for serving a socially diverse learning community.
