Position:
The purpose of the role is to support utility reduction, carbon dioxide net zero and other professional services offered by the Sustainability Team.
To project manage the analysis, insight generation and reporting delivery of customers’ business data to support the delivery and growth of the department’s products and services, such as ESOS, SECR, TCFD, and optimisation.

Requirements:
- Graduate in STEM related subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics)
- Operational service delivery and management experience
- Experience of performance management, coaching and developing teams and individuals
- Working knowledge of products and services related to Energy, Carbon such as ESOS, SECR, TCFD, CDP, CCA, EII, Min Met and optimisation
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience of interpreting large amounts of complex data
- Knowledge of energy optimisation, carbon and water related utilities
- Forward thinking mindset with experience of continuous improvement in delivery
- Commercially sensitive and able to seize clients’ opportunities
- Ability to develop client relationships and experience of managing key stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and experience of managing quality and excellence in service delivery to deadlines
- Working knowledge of the application of Measurement and Verification techniques
- Proven experience in statistical computing, using software such as QLIK, Tableau, R, Matlab, SPSS or similar
- Proven track record of demonstrating impact of change through recognised analytical processes
- Influencing skills to draw out priorities, consolidate thinking and get buy-in to the proposed route forward
- Excellent presentation skills

- Salary £50k-£58.2k per annum plus commission
