We are looking for a talented Data Compliance Officer to work for our client.

The Role:
As the Data Compliance Officer you will be primarily responsible to ensure complete, accurate and up to date information is held in MIS and related systems at all times.
- To contribute to the production of a clean, error-free ILR file.
- To produce a monthly schedule of internal validations, ensuring data is corrected accordingly and in a timely fashion as appropriate.
- To monitor internal validation reports for suitability, highlighting any necessary amendments or new report requirements to the MIS Data Manager.
- To work closely with the Apprenticeship Compliance Manager to ensure data is available and compliant across the Apprenticeship provision.
- Analyse PDSAT reports and amend any anomalies to ensure 100% funding compliance.
- Ensure internal audit processes are followed to ensure 100% funding compliance across all funding contracts.
- To be responsible for the preparation and provision of data and supporting paperwork for desktop, internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain validation/audit procedures as required.
- Contribute to the development of additional tools/systems for monitoring and improving data quality.
- Carry out regular systematic checks to assess the accuracy of the MI data and to implement corrections as required.
- To Deputise and provide cover for the MIS Data Manager.
- Coordinate and prioritise the workload of the ILR Team.
- To plan, prioritise and manage own workload and co-ordinate the tasks of the team to ensure high standards of work performance and all deadlines are achieved.
- Providing training (formal & informal) where appropriate
- To attend training sessions appropriate to the role to further develop technical and personal skills.

Professional manner
Comfortable in customer service and sales situations
Can co-ordinate and work alongside the Sales Manager within the business
* GCSE English & Maths (A*-C)
- Level 3 qualification
- Recent, relevant experience in appropriate area of work
- Experience of auditing student records and learner tracking systems
- Good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work flexible hours.
