Ruhpeuhz is looking for Administrative Assistants to join our property teams as assistants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of different teams from house visits, house cleaning, repairs and maintenance, customer services and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and has a positive attitude.
Ruhpeuhz main services include landlord inventory, property inspections and tenant checkout services, property photos, end of tenancy cleaning, interior and exterior painting, repairs and maintenance services (handyman, plumbing, electrician, gardening, appliances repairs, pest control, man with van) and home renovation services like roofing, landscaping, extensions.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and meetings with perspective clients
- Answer telephone calls and take messages from tenants, landlords, contractors
- Prepare documents, reports, and invoices
- Tenanted property visits, Inspectors
- House Cleaning, Cleaners
- Attending property repairs and maintenance locations to provide support
- Manage databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
