Credit Control Officer
Salford, Manchester
20 hours per week split across 3-4 days, company very flexible
£25,000 - £28,000 pro-rata (£13,300 - £15,000, £12.82 - £14.36 per hour) + annual pay increases + 28 days holiday (pro-rata), increasing with length of service + 5% pension
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven Credit Control Officer to join a growing & well-established ethical organisation.
Our client is a not-for-profit financial institution, whose goal is to give back to the local community by providing ethical finance to those in need. Established for over 35 years, they serve people who live within the Greater Manchester area.
They’re looking for a part-time Credit Control Officer, ideally from a financial background, to join their small team of 5 to take control of the credit control function. This role will involve fully managing the credit control, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a big impact on a small organisation with potential progression onto more senior roles.

The role
Day-to-day responsibilities
· Manage the credit control function of the organisation
· Chasing bad/aged debt
· Setting up payment plans
· Calling members to arrange payment plans
