  • Provide training and guidance to staff members on compliance-related matters.
  • Investigate any incidents or complaints related to compliance issues and prepare necessary reports.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of compliance activities and outcomes.
  • Participate in external audits or inspections conducted by regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, healthcare, compliance) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in the healthcare or regulatory field.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and other applicable industry standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify compliance gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with staff at all levels and deliver compliance training.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Join our dynamic team at CQC Investigations and contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in our operations.
