Job description
- To ensure compliance with transport-related standards and regulations
- To successfully integrate truck drivers by sharing company practices with them
- To ensure continuous improvement within the unit
- To engage and manage staff
- Monitor the current status of and changes to standards and regulations in transport and warehousing
- Ensure that standards and regulations applicable to our activities are implemented and adhered to
- Conduct diligent investigations into work and traffic accidents, and ensure follow-up with the various external authorities as well as partners and clients
- Manage the drug and alcohol program, travel permits, registrations, special permits, the CTPAT and records of truck drivers’ conduct
- High level of autonomy
