Compliance Officer
We are looking to hire a Compliance Officer on a full time basis.
The aim of this role, will be to improve our standards by assisting with the delivery of the Quality and Compliance programme. This is achieved by ensuring all audits are completed correctly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Monitor quality standards across the organisation
- Participate in the delivery of an audit and compliance programme across the business
- Identify critical high risk areas within the programme and assist actions for improvement
- Analyse data and collate findings from audits and surveys
- Produce reports as required for identified management groups
- Deliver appropriate training for staff to equip them with audit skills, tools and techniques
- Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality where required
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues throughout the business
- Provides administrative support by implementing systems, policies and procedures, completing projects
- Further ad-hoc duties to support the Compliance Lead, and Director of Clinical Services and Compliance
About you the successful Compliance Officer
- Full UK driving license
- Experience carrying out audits and maintaining compliance within a business
- Experience of designing data collection strategies and summarising data Excellent understanding of MS Office
- Be able to write reports and to provide good, accurate documentation
- Possess good interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
