Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Hours: 37.5

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £23,405.18

Location: Hybrid

About the role:

We are looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator who will:

Provide administrative support in delivery of an efficient and pro-active compliance service and contribute to the achievement of business and departmental objectives. This includes active implementation and participation in current and future service improvement initiatives whilst continuing to deliver a first-class customer service to our internal and external customers

Provide support to the Compliance Team and the wider Asset Management & Compliance service in general administrative tasks such as:

  • uploading documents to the system
  • cross checking as required
  • chasing information especially around new developments and handovers
  • meeting preparation
  • minute taking, typing and circulation.
  • servicing and documentation validation via location telephone audits

About you:

You will have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience of administration (preferably in the Property sector)
  • A strong background in a customer service
  • Some knowledge of the care and housing sector is preferable, but not essential.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and to contribute effectively, demonstrating a flexible approach, sharing best practice, and working with others towards shared goals and objectives to provide an effective and quality service.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for providing a high standard of customer service and an ability to promote a positive attitude within the team.
  • A strong customer focus with the desire and ability to deliver the highest standards of service and work to provide
