The Opportunity
Our UK ESFA Compliance Team is at the heart of Multiverse: accountable for the management of all apprentice records and responsible for the design and delivery of best-practice processes for apprentice funding.
We are looking for a Compliance Associate (Apprenticeships): someone who is passionate about delivering operational excellence and driven to constantly improve their ways of working. This role would cover core administrative tasks for apprentice enrolment, including uploading apprentice records, collating key documentation and guiding employers on the requirements. As you develop in the role, you will contribute to the efficient running of the team via projects of process improvement.
You will be working in a supportive, friendly & collaborative team, ensuring that Multiverse delivers an excellent service, whilst adhering to the rules governing apprenticeships.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for uploading information on the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS), the platform employers use to keep track of their apprentices and the funding to pay for the training.
You will be proactive in flagging issues and supporting employers to onboard apprentices on DAS
You will keep track of the DAS requests statuses and flag any requests not received or incorrect.
You will work with your team lead to report to sales team what are our requirements and raise issues as the month progresses
You will be responsible for carrying out the compliance checks on data, spotting and recording errors, and communicating these to the relevant stakeholders in Multiverse (Account executives, coaches, Quality team, EPA Team).
You will be a valued and trusted business partner within the wider Multiverse team, supporting in particular the Sales team
You will be part of a Compliance Team which continuously seeks process improvement, learning from experience to build better, more efficient processes

Salary band: £28,000 per annum plus eligible for internal bonus scheme

You are good at prioritising and are able to complete multiple tasks to different deadlines
You have excellent attention to detail - you spot when there are things out of place, and put plans in place to fix them
You communicate effectively
You are a problem solver: you are always thinking about ways to make your life, and the lives of those around you, easier
You like data and numbers: you like numbers, are familiar with Excel and able to spot patterns quickly
Can feasibly commute to the London office (Baker St.) once per week
