Residential Management Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Integrity Specialist, reporting to the Head of Systems.
In this exciting role, you can either work hybrid – so that will be working from our Hoddeston Office (EN11) on Tuesday and Wednesday, with Monday, Thursday and Friday working from home, or you can work 5 days at Hoddesdon if you prefer (if you prefer to work from the office all week, the Head of Systems has said you could use his car parking space when he’s not in the office)! Don’t worry though, there’s plenty of parking for everyone if he is in.
So… why do you need to be at the office on a Tuesday and Wednesday? This is to support you, as this is the day the whole team come together, share best practice and you can catch up with your line manager. If your line manager isn’t going in to the office that week – then neither do you!
What are we looking for?
As a Data Integrity Specialist for RMG, it’s essential you have an eye for detail, and a knack for spotting things that just don’t look right and a need to understand why! If it was an error, you’ll have the confidence to feedback and highlight to your colleagues the impact mistakes can have on the business.
Ideally, you will have….
- solid data extraction, analysis, manipulation and report writing skills
- excellent communication skills – someone who can really talk the talk!
- very good working knowledge of the MSOffice suite 2013 or above (especially Excel and ideally to intermediate level)
- good training documentation and specification preparation skills
And if you have any of the below, that’s great, but it’s not essential….
- OnBase (Hyland Software) - V16 or above
- Qube (Qube Global Software) – V2015 or above
- Service Charge and Ground Rent knowledge
