An experienced IT professional who loves solving problems and ensuring security in a fast-paced environment. In this exciting role, you'll be the go-to person for all IT-related issues, providing first-line support and ensuring our systems are secure and compliant. If you're a tech-savvy individual with a passion for safeguarding data and delivering top-notch support, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing

  • Configure, procure, and maintain devices to empower our talented staff.
  • Install and optimize operating systems to keep our technology running smoothly.
  • Enhance device security by implementing necessary measures and staying up-to-date with the latest patches.
  • Support our team when devices break, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
  • Develop and improve automation scripts to streamline device configuration processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of device assignments and manage our asset register.
  • Stay vigilant by reviewing and addressing reported phishing emails promptly.
  • Champion security by ensuring all Google accounts have 2FA enabled and are up-to-date.
  • Keep a watchful eye on anti-virus logs and proactively address potential threats.
  • Collaborate with TPP practices, providing efficient software installations and updates.
  • Manage our ticketing system, resolving IT-related issues or escalating them as needed.
  • Foster seamless integration of apps across the company for improved productivity.
  • Actively support compliance efforts, helping us achieve and maintain industry-leading security certifications.
  • Be responsive to inbound emails, providing timely assistance to ensure smooth IT operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of providing exceptional 1st/2nd line IT support.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies like AWS and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Google Suite for remote support.
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and operating systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to swiftly tackle challenges.
  • Experience using ITSM call logging software to track and resolve issues.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated team player who can also excel independently
