This is an exciting time to work for Guinness. We are committed to investing in Technology that will continue to support our Strategic aims and enable continued business improvement through the implementation of our IT / IM Roadmap. Our Roadmap is exciting – it is based on the principle of Cloud first, establishing best practice processes and utilising out of the box functionality.
Over the last 2 years we have migrated our CRM system to Dynamics 365 online and our Finance system to Oracle cloud. Our Plans are ambitious. We will continue to introduce new functionality to improve the services we provide to our customers, in parallel to delivering our Roadmaps for Asset Management, Repairs, HR and digital and data.
Our IT and Change Teams work hand in hand to deliver our Roadmap.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Readiness Change Analyst to join our team in Oldham, on a full-time permanent basis.
We operate on a hybrid working basis which offers the opportunity to work 2 days our office and 3 days from home per week.
In this important role you’ll work with business teams to effectively analyse change impacts and readiness activities for projects, and prepare for and measure the adoption of process and technology changes to drive user adoption and benefits realisation.
About You
We’re a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be Business Readiness Change Expert, but you’ll also have great customer service skills and be passionate about change management. You’ll also be able to demonstrate;
- Previous experience in a Business Readiness or Change Management role during a software delivery lifecycle.
- Proven track record of analysing data from multiple sources and critically evaluating to enable business decisions to be made.
- Proven track record of completing Business Readiness and engagement activities to enable the adoption of new processes and technology within operations.
- Knowledge and experience of producing and analysing transition and cutover plans to meet project milestones and operational needs.
- Proven track record in the design and delivery of training solutions and materials across different channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and communications skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools.
Qualifications:
- Project Management Introductorty Certificate
- Recognised Change Management Qualification (Desirable)
