Our teams of extraordinary nurses allow us to deliver the best care possible at home. We are seeking a Registered Nurses based in the community to join our team and support clients who have complex health needs and require a high level of care and support at home.
This job requires a car driver and travel, as and when required across England.
We are looking for a Paediatric and adult trained nurses to join us on our journey to becoming the leading independent sector provider of flexible, responsive, and dynamic mental health and complex care services in the UK.
As a specialist in your field, you will undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner working within your professional scope of practice.
You will need at least 2 years experience in an acute environment within Complex Care and experience working as a clinical educator or mentor. You will need to have the following complex care skills and be able to work with staff to sign off the following competencies:
- Tracheostomy care
- Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
- Ventilation management
- Oral suctioning
- Bowel management
- Nebuliser (NEB)
- Medications
