The Community Complex Care Team are looking for a Complex Care Health Care Assistants to support in the Oxford area. The team deliver care to children and adults across all of Oxfordshire. The skills involved in caring for these children and adults is usually tracheostomy and airway management, ventilation, enteral feeding, meds administration, complex seizures, gastrostomy/jejunostomy and personal care. They are all in receipt of continuing healthcare funding because of a complex physical health condition. Care is delivered in the patients’ homes usually, although occasionally in school or another setting.
- 7 day – 24 hour care
- Hours – flexible
The team require someone with skills in the following areas:
- Tracheostomy
- Ventilator
- Gastrostomy/jejunostomy
- Seizure management Personal care
