Digital Marketing Officer
- £14,533 per year (based on a full-time salary of from 1stApril 2023 of 27,250)
- 20 hours per week (to be worked over 3 days)
- Permanent contract
- Based in Beckenham
- Some hybrid working considered, in line with policy

Having a strong online presence is vital for any organisation in today’s digital world and we are looking to recruit someone with the relevant skills, knowledge and experience to ensure that we are interacting with and providing information to our communities in the best way that we can.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be proficient in using and writing engaging posts for all popular social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. An understanding of which interactive sites are used by which audiences will also be key to this post since those who follow us vary across a broad demographic spectrum.
You will be responsible for the ongoing management of our website (using Wordpress), ensuring that it is up-to-date and interesting will be central to this role.
You’ll need to be experienced at using Hootsuite and having an understanding of Google analytics, SEO and Facebook ads would be advantageous, to ensure that we can get maximum exposure from our outputs.
Applicants with photography and filming skills would also be welcomed.
In order to manage a workload with competing priorities, you must be well organised yet adaptable to meet the needs of BLG Mind and our service users.
Applicants must be flexible as this post may involve some travel and working hours may vary accordingly.
