**Are you experienced in providing care to people within their own homes?**
We are currently looking to recruit experienced Health Care Assistants to support a female at home.
**DUE TO THE LOCATION WE ARE PREPARED TO OFFER TRANSPORT TO PEOPLE FROM OUTSIDE OF BUILTH WELLS, HOWEVER YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DO 2-3 SHIFTS ON ACCOMODATION WILL BE PROVIDED**
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate people who enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our client requires assistance with all personal care, moving & handling, PEG feeding for both nutrition and medication, continence care and seizure management.
Hours we can offer on a rota basis:
* Days / Nights per week 7-7

What we need from you:
* A minimum of 6 months employed care experience
* Complex Care experience would be an advantage
* Holding a Care Certificate or prepared to complete modules with our Lead Assessor
* Have a Valid Mandatory Training Certificate
* Enhanced DBS, Ideally on the Up Date Service
* Client Commitment and Flexibility
* Desirable: Health and Social Care Qualification (NVQ Level 2)
* Desirable: Mental Health Certificate and / or experience would be beneficial along with experience dealing with challenging behaviour
