Location: Hybrid Working* between Home & Ansty Business Park, Coventry, CV7 9JU

  • Office based 5 days per week whilst training (circa 2 months), 1-2 days per week in Office thereafter

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract – 14 months

Salary: £24,020 - £28,259 depending on skills and experience

About the role

As a Completions File Administrator you will be supporting colleagues in order to achieve individual, team and departments goals, and aspirations, while adapting to changing priorities in response to business demands. We are looking for individuals with a high-level approach to problem solving, who can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of continuous improvement techniques to drive incremental and step change improvements in performance.


Other role accountabilities include:

  • Providing timely data to senior managers and stakeholders regarding current performance related activity, via performance management services which are fit for purpose
  • Ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Assisting in the general administration of tasks and activities, in line with guidelines, procedures and training
  • Ensuring and promoting compliance with Cadent policies, standards and procedures with accountability for effective resolution of any non-compliances identified, including supporting any reviews and investigations as required
  • Investigating and interrogating core systems in order to undertake administrative activities across a range of processes and tasks

Experience & Skills required:

  • Well organised, able to manage pressure and multitask; delivering high quality work in a timely manner
  • Manage and prioritise competing priorities to schedule, organise and manage administration related to business activities
  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations (across the business with managers and employees at different levels)
  • A completer / finisher with a questioning approach and a keen eye for detail and high quality
  • Ability to confidently challenge current ways of working and articulate possible solutions
  • Demonstrable planning & organising skills
  • High levels of customer service & ability to manage internal colleagues and third parties to achieve the desired outcome
  • Ability to present and communicate information in a clear, confident and professional manner without error
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office desktop packages
