Completions Administrator
Salary: £22,375 (subject to experience)
Hours: Full time - 35 hours
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid Working (Head Office, West Bromwich)
The West Brom are looking to recruit a Completions Administrator to join our completions team, The post holder will process all mortgage applications from offer to completion within agreed service standards with a high level of accuracy, excellent customer service and handle calls effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

To process mortgages through the various completions tasks, achieving required productivity and accuracy objectives

Ensure inbound / outbound calls are handled efficiently and professionally in accordance with the pre-determined standards and provide support to Contact Centre agents/ deal with application queries.

All mortgage administration and documentation is completed accurately.

To package all mortgage offers to customers / solicitors / brokers.

Process Certificate on Titles to agreed service standard and ensure they adhere to lending policy

Ensure that the Rules and Guidance within the FSA's Mortgage Conduct of Business (MCOB) and Insurance Conduct of Business (ICOB) Sourcebooks, are complied with.

Maintain an appropriate level of technical knowledge.
Skills and Experience Required:

Good level of PC skills, including Word and Excel

12 to 18 months customer service or administration experience

Excellent communication skills
-
Effective time management and ability to prioritise workloads

Empathy towards customers
-
Ability to work effectively as a member of the team
- Professional telephone manner
