We are in growth mode and need to add to our busy compliance team. As Compliance Administrator you will be joining a super supportive team - this is a role where the hours work around your life!
Key tasks and responsibilities
Provide the Manx Financial Group PLC and its subsidiaries with compliance support (in line with Key Responsibilities detailed below).
Work to support an adequate and effective control environment to mitigate against regulatory, reputational, legal and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Active management of Letter of Claims from Complaint Management Companies - managing investigation, data collection, issuing a formal response and recording and maintaining accurate Management Information;
- Take ownership for data collection for compliance, risk and data related external enquiries, primarily Data Subject Access Requests including gathering data;
- Support where required for the acknowledgement of and preparation of responses to Complaint submissions;
- Responsibility for tracking progress of work with visibility and producing timely and accurate data on current activity/outcomes;
- Liaise with business partners and functions in order to fully prepare and issue responses, maintaining productive relationships with partners to adequately resolve both sides or partner relationships;
- Take proactive action to improve and make more efficient processes;
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- 1 - 2 years industry experience
- Flexible part-time work
- Ability to work independently and to prioritise tasks
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; and
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £130.00-£140.00 per day
