The role would be working in a busy team where customer care and customer experience is top priority! They are relocating offices soon but hybrid working is offered! We need someone that is very organised and able to work under pressure. If working closely with different departments and providing a faultless customer experience is what you enjoy doing this could be an incredible and exciting role for you to apply for! Customer Support Administrator duties: Processing orders accurately and on a time schedule. Replenishing stock levels. Monitoring inventory. Shipping packages and return of units. Ensuring records of transactions in inventory and in orders are kept.
