The Lakes by Yoo is exclusive private development, spread across 850 acres of woodland, meadows & lakes in the Cotswold water park. Established for over 15 years, we build unique, luxury lakefront and woodland second homes. The estate also includes the Award-winning Orchard Spa, and numerous clubhouse buildings.
The Estate is fully serviced with 24hr security, Concierge and Guest Services team to help with all resident and guest requests. The Estate is home to several communal spaces and facilities including a full-service spa and gym, tennis courts, a bird hide, and a lakeside restaurant. A range of activities such as zip wire kayaking, yoga, fishing, bushcraft, and kids’ clubs are available to all residents and guests on a daily basis
Summary:
We are searching for a professional, amicable company driver based on our estate. You will be responsible for the transport of the chairman to and from our estate in the Cotswolds, London, and any other destinations as required. In the periods you will not be driving the chairman around you will also be responsible for transporting our clients and guests on the estate where required.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
- Pickups from place and at the time they have requested
- Assisting with loading and unloading luggage
- Listening to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
- Adjusting the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
- Answering clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest
- Ensuring the car is are clean and comfortable for all riders
- Always adhering to traffic laws
- Helping as and where on the Estate and assisting in different departments where needed
What we are looking for in you:
- A valid UK driver’s license
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
- Availability to work weekends and night shifts
- A polite and professional disposition
- Organised and punctual
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
