Job Summary:

Duties include supervising the college's Director of Advising; coordination and approval of curriculum change requests; management of college student policies and procedures; working with Assistant Vice President on metrics related to graduation rates, student satisfaction, and student retention; manage college related recruitment/enrollment events; attend meetings as the Dean's designee as appropriate; oversee college's Student Advisory Board; manage the IM STEM program, and other duties as assigned by the Dean.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in appropriate area of specialization from an accredited institution and experience advising, teaching, mentoring or significantly interacting with college students.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in appropriate area of specialization from an accredited institution and six years of experience in higher education.
