Location: Crewe
Contract Type: Permanent (Part Time Hours 15.hrs)
Shift pattern: part time position (15h)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Role Purpose:
To exceed and manage customer expectations by co-ordinating the supply and handover process of all branded Company ECO & Loan scheme vehicles
to Volkswagen Group employees and associated organizations including sister companies and suppliers permitted to offer one or more of the vehicle .
Fully embrace the collective team's aim to maintain the high satisfaction rating achieved monthly by offering a friendly and professional service to all our
Accountabilities:
- Answering customer calls, dealing with queries
- Assisting with the booking of handover and handback appointments
- Assisting with Company Cars inbox and dealing with all queries and requests
- Adhering to scheme rules and department processes and procedures
- Managing company cars speeding fines
- Management of Company Cars post
- Adhering to scheme rules and department processes and procedures
- Supporting other areas within the team when needed as requested by Team Leader/ Manager
- Assisting with Company Cars retaxing

Requirements:
- Data Input experience with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Administration skills
- Proven track record in a customer service environment
- Team Player
- Previous vehicle ordering experience - desireable
- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- Drivers license - desirable
