The role
A team player who likes taking ownership of project delivery from start to
end.
● Planning seamless delivery of a range of online market research projects including building surveys on our platform, monitoring responses, running quality checks on data sets and keeping project folders updated.
● Keeping track of progress, within budget and timelines
● Findings ways to streamline current process flow to deliver efficiencies
● Working with different teams to liaise and coordinate different aspects of the project
● Communicating proactively with clients - including taking a key role in status meetings, updating the client on project status, timelines, deliverables, etc.
● Manage online communities and write content.
● Develop personalised recruitment plans for customers based on recruitment needs and budgets. Including consumers, customers, tastemakers, influencers, and bespoke recruitment. Manage customer onboarding journey and run recruitment methods to meet
client KPIs, SLAs and Project fulfilment.
● Interest in tech/product or community management with a desire to build a career in this line of work
Key skills
● Strong project management and organisational skills
● Ability to prioritize deliverables and with an eye for detail
● Adept at Microsoft office especially MS Excel
● Adaptable, can do attitude
● Strong communication skills
● Any experience in project management, community management or operations will be an added advantage
● Fluent in English (written and verbal).
● Fluency in other languages will be an added advantage
● Technical background will be an added advantage

Our head office is based in London, however our people work remotely all over the World. Ideally you will be based in the UK and happy to travel to London for our monthly/quarterly meet & greets.
