Our service is looking for staff to deliver high quality, evidence-based nursing interventions to our patients in the highly diverse areas of Harrow. In returnwe will offer you CNWLs highly regarded training and development pathwayto develop you into a more highly skilled practitioner.
The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings.
As aCommunity Nurseyou will be the linked worker for a caseload of patients offering assessments and interventions to promote recovery.

The office base has good transport links via the Bakerloo line and has a comprehensive local bus network. Central London is just 15 minutes away via the fast Train Service to Euston that stops at Harrow and Wealdstone. Harrow has a good shopping centre that is accessed by a short bus journey from the office base and it is next to Harrow on the Hill train station.
