We're seeking a creative Community Manager to join the one of our FMCG accounts where you'll work closely with client's internal team to manage one of their product TikTok account. We're looking for someone who wants to question the norm/status-quo, feels confident in pitching ideas to clients, has experience managing social crises and comfortable under pressure. We'll need you to be proactive, use initiative to know when is best to interact online and understand how people, platforms, influencers, and content come together to create the very best social content.

Who we are looking for:

In this role you will manage the UK TikTok channels for a particular FMCG brand and be responsible for all content published and the channel interactions. You will be the day-to-day contact for all things TikTok and be able to align closely with the team at the client to support on campaign activations as and when needed.

  • Content creation –A passion about creating engaging content and working collaboratively with the client and their content creation studio where needed. Plan, create and deliver world-class, engaging social content such as editing existing brand assets for videos / slideshows (inc audio)
  • Planning & managing social channel - looking out for key opportunities or trends and have the drive and ability to push content out fast if needed
  • Community management, task include responding and monitoring to community engagements, Identify & acquire UGC opportunities, Identify ad hoc content opportunities, Liking engagements according to RoE, Managing direct messages: monitor and engage, Following other accounts according to RoE
  • Working closely with the in-house team and building a strong rapport, making sure social is a key part to all campaigns and activity with the digital and brand managers.
  • Social reporting Use relevant social data and reporting to consistently optimise on an on-going basis, providing insight to relevant stakeholders at every opportunity and comfortable with social data.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years' experience managing social communities for brands across Meta and TikTok platforms
  • A passion about creating engaging content and working collaboratively with our client and their content creation studio where needed.
  • A pro-active, enthusiastic approach as well as excellent communication skills.
  • Great organisational and client facing skills
  • Proficient in Photoshop, video-editing tools such as Premier Pro to create content for your social channels, comfortable shooting Lo-fi content
  • Paid experience desirable, not essential
