Collaborate with our Group Ops Managers, Practice Managers, Principal Dentists, and broader teams. Provide expert sales training and guidance to make our private sales zoom! Spearhead the launch of our monthly dental membership plans, making smiles and bank balances bigger! Requirements: A flair for sales, marketing, and stellar customer engagement Experience in retail customer engagement and achieving sales targets The knack for reviewing, documenting, and training teams in sales processes Savvy social media skills and ability to develop marketing collateral. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work on Saturdays and evenings and a penchant for travel.
