Tasks
About the Role
As the Training and Community Manager, you'll have a pivotal role in shaping our onboarding, training, and quality standards for our local partner network. You'll be the driving force behind creating engaging and scalable training materials and mediums.
But that's not all! You'll also play a crucial part in fostering a strong sense of community among our local tour operators through TravelLocal.

Why you are here and your responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who really wants to make a difference, has a passion for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and loves the impact that effective development can have on individuals.
You'll have the opportunity to shape training, build connections, and make a significant impact within TravelLocal and our partner network.
What your day-to-day may look like:
- Analysing data points from the training material available and identifying areas of improvement
- Prepare and deliver face-to-face training sessions to our network of local partners during industry trade fairs
- Further develop our partner’s sense of community by communicating often about best practices, growth, acknowledging achievements…
- Create content of training material, as required
- Manage stakeholders - working closely with Partner Relationship Managers and our in-house Product Team to guarantee alignment
- Hold webinars and other training sessions remotely, as our partners need it
Requirements
- Seasoned project manager
- Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Fluency in interpreting data and utilising it as the primary basis for decision-making
- Experience in collaborative and cross-functional working relationships
Experience as a seasoned trainer, working with start-ups and scale-ups. Proficiency in data analysis and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a plus, as is previous sales experience. Comfortable with public speaking, facilitating training sessions and an interest in eCommerce, Tourism & Travel. Experience in working across international markets is a great value-added skill too.
As a scale-up business, we work with plenty of different tools and familiarity with Twist, ClickUp, Mailchimp, Google Suite and others are beneficial.

What we offer you:
- A full-time position - 40 hours per week
- Remote work policy and flexible working hours (with core working hours)

- Salary between £35,000 - £38,000/ EUR 37,000 - EUR 41,000 per annum, depending on experience
